September 21 It is going great, Ann. What a sweet boy. We have been (trying) to be consistent with hand signals for different things--sit, wait, come here, NO, and he really seems to be getting it already! He has been great with the other dogs and is learning to walk with the gentle leader around the neighborhood. He met the cats today (one is deaf) and just wants to play-bow and wag his tail at them. He whines in his crate when he first goes in, then settles and sleeps well through the night. You are right that his bladder holds a little keg! Thanks again for bringing him into our lives--we just love him.
